1. Scope of Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made by consumers (B2C) via our online shop. They govern the contractual relationship between the customer and the provider named above. Deviating terms shall only apply if confirmed in writing.<\/p>\n

2. Contract Language and Applicable Law<\/strong><\/p>\n

Contracts are concluded in English. Austrian law shall apply exclusively, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG). This choice of law only applies to consumers insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection granted by mandatory consumer law of their country of residence.<\/p>\n

3. Prices and Taxes<\/strong><\/p>\n

All prices are in Euro (EUR) and include no VAT, pursuant to the Austrian small business regulation (\u00a7 6 para. 1 no. 27 UStG).
Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs, or local sales taxes in their country.<\/p>\n

4. Order Process and Contract Conclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n

Product listings do not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded when the provider accepts the customer’s order via email confirmation or by shipping the goods.<\/p>\n

5. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

We deliver worldwide via trusted shipping partners. Delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability. Delivery shall be made to the shipping address specified by the customer.<\/p>\n

6. Payment Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

Payments are accepted via the payment methods shown in the checkout process. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the order unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/p>\n

Withdrawal period:<\/strong> The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the goods were received by the customer or a third party named by the customer.<\/p>\n

A withdrawal form is not required, but can be used. Timely dispatch of the notice is sufficient to meet the deadline.<\/p>\n

Consequences of withdrawal:<\/strong>
The goods must be returned without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days. The customer bears the return shipping costs and is liable for any loss in value resulting from improper handling.<\/p>\n

8. Retention of Title<\/strong><\/p>\n

Goods remain the property of the provider until full payment is received.<\/p>\n

9. Warranty and Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

Statutory warranty rights apply.
Liability for damages is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, indirect damages or loss of profit is excluded, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.<\/p>\n

10. Authenticity of Goods<\/strong><\/p>\n

We guarantee authenticity based on external examination and careful sourcing. Further verification (e.g., certification or expert appraisal) will only be provided if the customer bears the cost.<\/p>\n

11. Customer Accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information and for all activities under their account.<\/p>\n

12. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.<\/p>\n
